WHAT I DO
Whether I’m working with a buyer, seller or family interested in rural properties, I PREPARE, EDUCATE and GUIDE clients toward successful outcomes. I coach my clients from a place of caring and information sharing.
For sellers, I help them accurately price their home based upon location and home condition. I provide each seller with:
• a comprehensive analysis including the selling history of the neighborhood
• a coaching session on how to improve the condition of their home and make it attractive to buyers
• up-to-date reports of the marketplace
When I work with buyers, I spend time upfront clarifying the details of what they want and need in a home. I serve as their scout to FIND HOMES AND PROPERTIES in the neighborhoods that meet their needs and match their lifestyle.
Want an experienced REAL ESTATE AGENT on your side. Contact me.
HOW I DO IT I’m patient and direct. As a realtor, I prepare my clients by educating them on the process of buying and selling homes. I don’t sugar coat the complexities of the process. I tell my clients what they need to know about:
• Market value pricing
• Neighborhoods
• School districts
• House condition
